SPRING 2014

I was fortunate enough to travel to Puerto Rico with my father and brother in the spring of 2014. We primarily stayed in San Juan, moving around between Condado and Old San Juan. Fascinating history, vibrant culture, and stunning scenery made for an exhilarating trip. Oh, and the mofongo of course!

Spring 2015

My father and I returned to Puerto Rico a year later. We enjoyed our experience so much the first time that we were excited to return. This time, however, we decided to explore some more of what the island had to offer. For the first few days we stayed off the coast on the smaller island of Vieques. This island does not draw the number of tourists that San Juan attracts, offering a peaceful atmosphere to be as relaxed or adventurous as one pleases. For us, we opted to scuba dive and roll around the island in a jeep. After returning to the main island, we explored Old San Juan and enjoyed the familiar vibrancy of the atmosphere.
